to automatically handle outgoing as well as incoming calls,

can make either outbound calls using phone lists, or accept
incoming calls in a variety of ways.
Q: What kind of outbound calls can the autodialer make?
A: There are six different outbound calling scenarios
you can have the autodialer handle:

A: The Inbound Automated Attendant can answer your telephone
in a variety of ways to provide information, transfer callers,
or take voice messages:

Q: What menu options can I use?
A: Menu options can be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
and 0.
Q: Can I set up voicemail boxes?
A: You may have up to 10,000 voice mailboxes. Callers
may enter the voice mailbox number (from 1 to 5 digits),
or if they do not know the number, they may search by name
or by listing.
Q: How do I record my messages that I want to have delivered?
A: You may record or listen to greetings, menus,
information, and messages by telephone, or if you have a
sound card (Sound Blaster compatible) in your computer,
you may use a microphone and speaker.
Q: Can I have the Inbound Automated Attendant operate at
the same time as doing Outbound Auto Dialing?
A: Yes, but only if using separate telephone lines.
Q: Can I use a T-1 line with my AutoDialer?
A: Yes, but you must use a board especially made
for T-1 lines. Also, you must use a D4 SF AMI circuit.
Q: What are the minimum system requirements?
A: Computer with Windows 2000 or NT 4.0 (Workstation
or Server) or Windows XP, with 64 megabytes of RAM, 133
megahertz processor, 500 megabytes of hard drive space,
Sound Blaster compatible sound card, Microphone, & Speaker.
Voice Boards require an available IRQ & an ISA or PCI
slot in your computer. For ease of installation & the
best performance, we recommend Windows 2000. (Windows ME
is not compatible.)

A: A National Do Not Call Registry will
go into effect on October 1, 2003. It will contain a list
of telephone numbers in the United States that should not
be called by telemarketers. That list will be updated every
