AutoDialerPlus
Automated Reminder can make hundreds or thousands of telephone
calls each day for your business or organization. Each call
is automatically personalized using our data-to-speech, which
is the ability to deliver a different message to each call,
by reading databases on-the-fly, then instantly linking together
pre-recorded phrases, first names, days, dates, times, numbers,
and dollar amounts.
When a live person
answers their telephone, they will be able to listen to the
message and also interact with the call by pressing keys,
leaving voice mail messages, or transferring to speak to someone
live. If an answering machine answers, the system can leave
a different message, such as “Hello, Kathy, I’m
calling to remind you about your appointment with Sam Jones
on Monday, August 4th, at 9 am. If you need to contact us,
please call 998-7878. Thank you.”
The
Automated Reminder software comes with a built-in appointment
scheduler database or it will integrate with other databases,
such as ACT!
Below

Doctor:
“Good morning, Sally, I’m calling to remind you
about your appointment with Dr. Smith on Tuesday, October
12, at 3 pm. To listen again, press 1, to confirm that you
will be here, press 2, or to contact our office, press 3.
Delivery Company:
“Good evening, Mandy, this is Super Furniture Center
calling to remind you that we will be delivering your furniture
on Tuesday after 1 pm. To listen again, press 1, to confirm
that someone will be there at that time, press 2, or to speak
to someone in our office now, press 3. Thank you”
Political
Organization: “Good morning, we have an important call
for Sandy from Governor Gramm. Please press 1 to hear his
message.” (1 is pressed) “Hello, This is Governor
John Gramm calling to let you know that we really need your
vote in the election tomorrow…”
Call
Flow of Voice Scripts
With
the Automated Reminder, you will be able to easily design
your own call flow voice scripts using the screen below. Once
you design a call flow voice script, you can save it. You
can design as many call flow voice scripts as you wish and
use them over and over again. The Automated Reminder already
includes thousands of standard recordings, both for your live
answer messages and for your answering machine messages. These
messages have been recorded to be congruent, and as seamless
as possible; however, you must record your own unique messages,
company names, etc. or have our voice talent record your messages
for a small fee.
