What is Cheetah Power Dialer Software?

Cheetah is outbound "power dialing" telephone calling software for use with Speedy Dialer. It's an inexpensive alternative to a predictive dialer.

Features:
  • Click “Dial” at any time to begin dialing and it can automatically begin dialing again after a predetermined number of seconds.
  • Hear the dialing and the answering of the telephone. Instantly speak to the person who answers the telephone, or that telephone number can be marked as a fax, answering machine, disconnected number, etc.
  • If a call is busy or there is no answer, it will automatically hang up and dial another number.
  • No calls are dropped since each live answer is always connected to a live caller (agent).
  • View any information you have about the person who has been called. Read scripts, make additions or changes, and type notes during each call.
  • Record conversations (also called voice logging) onto your hard drive.
  • Transfer or conference calls (if you have the “call transfer disconnect” feature from your telephone company).
  • Set call-back appointments with the pop-up calendar which automatically reminds you when to it’s time to call.
  • If an answering machine answers the call click a button to play a pre-recorded message, rather than have to speak the same message each time.
  • Reports are available showing the results of the calls.
  • "Do Not Call" management is included to help protect against dialing anyone on a federal, state, or private "Do Not Call" (DNC) list, if needed for your application.

Also included with Cheetah software is our own contact manager called "Cheetah Manager". To create your dialing lists, you can use almost any data source of phone numbers to import into the "Cheetah Manager". Examples of sources of phone numbers: Access, Excel, Outlook, Visual FoxPro, Sugar, ACT! or Goldmine. View Cheetah Screenshots here.

Manufacturer warrants that its hardware and software will be free of any significant defects for one year from purchase date.
Technical Support
To begin using Technical Support, Buyer/User must first REGISTER at:
Register Now. One hour or one year (whichever comes first) of Technical Support is included with the purchase price for the original Buyer/User. Additional Technical Support may be purchased for $50 per hour.
Return Policy
Buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and 15% restocking charge, if everything purchased is returned within 30 days from purchase date. The products must be returned to Seller in the original packing containers and all components must be in good condition. No refunds are available for custom programming or custom voice recordings.
